Further news on Windows 11 Compatibility

I did further testing on the Windows 11 machine and have discovered the game works 100% perfectly on Windows 11 if they choose Windowed mode. Full screen doesn't work but Windowed mode is fine and that works for me. I will modify the resolution selector window to inform Windows 11 users they should pick Windowed mode.
